They called claiming to be 3 Mobile and wanted me to upgrade to a new contract when I only just renewed my contract with the real 3 Mobile a couple of months back and my existing contract is locked for another 10 months. When I asked the idiot to email me the offer to review, they asked me for my email address and if they were really 3 Mobile they would already have it in their records. Said they were from BT and were going to cancel Broadband, installed anywhere desktop access software and installed Trojan Gen 5 to gain access to a bank account. Thankfully the bank saw it as a large amount and blocked the transaction

Santander left a voice mail, which I thought was a little bit suspicious, as I have never heard or had a bank leave any kind of voice mail. So I rang the official phone number that is on the back of my card and after being on hold for nearly an hour they eventually answered and apparently they had nothing written on my account about anyone who tried to contact me and left a message. Someone from the fraud department will be contacting me, so I will find out if this number is legit or if they are scammers

This call came immediately after I hung up on 0161 523 1720, a storm damage claim company. Probably linked and probably unsafe. Both now blocked.
Said he was called Jack from BT Business Head office and he could do me a better deal than by Local BT Business office. Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I don't believe this is BT as you can see in other searches Jack seems to be the only person making these calls, probably to gain information about your business. He didn't get any from me. Possibly dangerous.
