Calls a couple of days every week. Several times at once. I have caller display so I don t answer numbers like this 08443760105 How s this harassment legal. Getting repeted calls upto three times a day all trying to tell me im entitled to ppi. Ive been patient, silent, rude but nothing seems to deter these people. Really think they should stop wasting their money on repeatedly calling the same number to get the same answer. Think next time I answer the phone ill answer it as department of internal fraud and see if that makes a difference. Im ex directory and am still puzzeled as to how they know my name.

Guy calling himself Michael keeps calling my mothers home and telling her she is owed over ?3000 and to call this number.I have told her it is a scam so now she justs plays dumb and has a nice chat with him until he hangs up.

I believe this is a number possibly from Pure Cremation. I you have shown interest in arranging your own future cremation via your phone used and did not do so they will call you back on this number and another. I did not answer.

You say the number is based in Blackpool I know no one in that town. My number is TPS protected - for what its worth and my registration for the electoral roll, restricted.

This number has rang several times per day for 3 weeks and never leaves a message. When you answer you can hear someone breathing and background noise but no one speaks. Beware. Very fishy.

Call from agent for EE, which I managed to get them to verify as the number on my phone came up as possible fraud. My broadband/TV Box price has now been frozen by them for 18 next months, (EE previously sent me warning it would be going up at end of contract date) and a free upgrade to super-fast broadband, from fast. recieved an automated message "You re calling this number because we contacted you regarding a large kitchen appliance"... didn t order anything at all. however, I m sure whether this is a scam or not. perhaps they have the wrong number.

I m also from Denmark. They ve called me multiple times this morning. Obvious scammers, now they re pushing this "hawkingcode" shit. Sending the cops around might be an idea.

"Natasha" from a claims company, she said that she had information saying I was in an accident that wasn t my fault... never been in any accidents, told her this and she promptly hung up the call. Blocked number and reported to TPS, unfortunately I didn t catch the company name.

Phone call everyday from these guys, answer and phone goes dead after a few seconds.

Yes, they are still operating and looks like they are having a New Year hunt for more people to con, as several friends have had calls from them over the past few days. I take great delight in stringing them along for as long as possible, listening to them get more and more frustrated as I keep asking questions about their blocking box . I jsut had a call from a sweet man give me this whole spiel about Great Ormand Street Hospital. I know great hospital etc. In the end I didnt donate because i am not in the position to financially, otherwise he nearly had me there. Other threads on the net suggest that this was a hoax. I am not sure. People be aware..but don t forget to care!
