called and left a voicemail for my mum (she owns the 3uk contract account for my phone)and asked her to call them back on the same number. seems a bit suspicious to me though because they have never called before even when we were behind on a payment, other people said all they hear is silence which wouldnt happen for official 3uk customer advisors calling people and the woman was barely understandable - she was obviously an indian call centre person

A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to esure insurance.

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. Repeated calls, they never leave a message and clear as soon as my answer machine cuts in. When I do answer and ask them why they have called a number in the T.P.O. they clear without saying another word. Rude and dishonest and don t respect the rules of the T.P.O. AVOID !!!!!!
