"Jack" called from the "Credit Investigation Department"... I asked which company this "Department" worked for, which at first he wouldn t answer. Eventually he said it was a UK Government Agency... When I pressed him further and explained that I signed up to the TPS and he should not be calling me, he told me to "Shut up and listen!". GOT THEIR NUMBER!! IF you want to call them through their parent company Plantec Holdings Ltd. on 0870 285505. It s taken lots of digging and loads of numbers that no longer exist (surprise, surprise), but you can check this by Googling Plantec Holdings Ltd and First Legal Support and it will be the top hit! Not that I would encourage everybody to call them up and complain, but how many of us have had calls? I ve also threatened to report them to OFCOM. Do not accept be bullied by nuisance calls!
