Scammers!!!! They called my grandmother regarding a PPI claim, telling her in order to claim she would need to put £400 on a travel card (this was their agency 'commission' apparently), and they would come to her home (beware, they already knew her address) to exchange the travel card for her "PPI compensation cheque". Thankfully we've taught her well and she called me first to ask if I thought it was a scam.

Last week I bought a BT BT8500 Advanced Call Blocker phone and it works a treat. I am not connected with BT in any way but I can highly recommend this phone. It will keep a log of the calls it blocks and this number called me today but the phone blocked it and it didn t ring. Peace at last!!

This was something to do with "Their records showed I had received bad investment advice in the past." This was a complete lie as I have never made any investments. I told them this and asked not to be called again. I received an almost identical call from a different person on the same number the next day. I forgot to mention to them that I am TPS registered, but clearly their company does not care about that as they don't check.
