They called me several times. When I answered they tried to sell advertising in the local post office.

Recorded message saying "This is a call from the Future Planning Team. This is not an important call." It carried on but I hung up and blocked the number.

Already blocked Anglican on a different number after they continue to call me up to SIX times a day for days on end. Now they re ringing me from this new number! Blocking this one too. They are ridiculous.

Very pushy but convincing girl at the end of the phone - said they were calling because I had entered a competition to win a trip to New York and so was eligible for ten free lines on Euro Millions. Sounded vaguely legitimate until she started asking me for personal details - date of birth, etc... "to confirm I was over 18". Been calling me 4 - 5 times a day but left no message. Caller said she was calling regarding a competition to win iPhone on-line which I did not enter. I asked them to send info in writing. I asked them to stop calling but they still keep calling. They are a pain.

Automated phishing call saying my credit card paid £600 to a foreign country. Instructed to press 1 to allow or stop the payment. Needless to say I did a 1471 before the second call could be made from a unlisted number; people will fall for this one
