claimed to be from CAH but cant find anything on search, have rang several times, very annoying.
Asked for a person who was unknown to me. No idea who they were. Had a number of smilar phone number calls today but this was the first one I had answered.

In response to your comment Tony M please dont be so rude as to imply others are uneducated this number is a pain in the arse. They are now ringing my husbands mobile using one of their other numbers 0161 826 5780 all times of day they dont answer you when you pick it up there is always a voicemail message directing you to hold for their accounts dept and they DENY they are workin for Orange when you do get through so check your facts are correct before making rude assumptions about others.

Since then they have moved on to School Book scams fronted by a Kelly Griffiths under the name of Embrace Education based in Chester. It’s very rare the books get sent out, and only do if you check with school and ask for money back.

This was an automated call stating is was the national crime agency, it said my national insurance number has been associated with criminal activity and I needed to press 1 to prevent my NI being frozen and me being arrested. I didn’t.

Asian male who said he was called Eric Lawson and my windows computer had been hacked - I told him I would report this to the Police direct, but he kept on, wanted me to log on PC - no chance- asked for the company name , tel. No , reg. Company no. He gave me an address in Leicester, despite ringing from Bath! And gave me a toll free (American term) number. Hung up.....
SCAM, just got a call from this mobile number claiming it was the HRMC calling - automated of course, saying that a fraudulent claim had been put against my name and I have to press 1 to get connected as other wise I will be arrested shortly! On second reading - definitely - it is one digit short to be a genuine UK number.
Said they were calling from Domestic and General - a company we do have an account with already. Said we were a valued customer and had qualified for a discount. Said we were already covered for our TV Satellite equipment etc. We knew this was incorrect. They said we were already paying £10 by DD. Not True. Scam claims to be an automated message from HMRC
Constantly calling every two to three days. I know it's a Manchester number in England getting fed up with the constant calling.
Call received 10.31 hours on Wednesday, 23rd June 2017. No message received, so I didn t pick up the phone. I don t recognise this number and don t want to speculate with no further information. Suspicious of those who will not leave a message and Dorset is a high scam area in the UK. Better to be cautious.
