Called asking to speak to the person dealing with water drainage and maintenance. Have had no previous dealings with this company. When asked they had no website, e-mail, and only this number to give me.
Received a text message claiming to be from Royal Mail with a link to a website that I do not believe to be genuine, claiming fee to pay on a package otherwise it would be returned to sender. Possibly spam and potentially dangerous.

Reported to ofcom and trading standards. 10 calls in two days. ?Mortgage Advice Service?. Tried to tell me that I need to get a new mortgage right now or I would end up in ?10,000+ worth of debt due to my current mortgage. Constantly ring my home sometimes up to 4 times a day. I am TPS so they shouldnt be calling anyway. Never leave a message as I very rarely pick up numbers I don t recognise. I have called barred several times but they seem to pop up next day with a slightly different number. Who are they?
I get, on average, 2 calls a day from this number. Never rings for long, and never leaves a message. Maybe scam!
