He was very rude, he wanted to talk to my husband who was not at home and then he said it is about some money investment and it is urgent. I just got a call from this number. The man on the other end of the line had a rather heavy accent, saying that this was in reference to the call I had with his colleague the past week about an unsecured loan. When I asked for the company name or any other sort of identification, he refused to give me any details. (He wouldn t even tell me the name of the person I allegedly had a phone call with.) I then told him that I would like him to remove my number from their call list, wished him a good day and put t

Called asking about current energy supplier and whether or not I was happy with them. Caller was happy and chatty until I asked for my number to be removed from their lists. Have called 4 times in the last 2 days.
We got a call from this number at 2.20am which woke us up with a fright. Recorded message saying ‘Can you hear me?’ And no response when sleepily replied. Really annoying - couldn’t get back to sleep afterwards for hours. No idea what the purpose of it was.

Was called by this number (01233 542887) but I missed the call (9th May 2023). No message left. From here, I see that it is a scam call, so have blocked the number.
Same as other people....very insistent about my driving accident, continued even after I said I didn t even drive, so I hung up. On a holiday Monday afternoon. Total saddo!

Seems to be University of Bristol Alumni organisation, phoning alumni. Other sites report fund-raising. Probably legitimate rather than fraudulent, but I have no knowledge.
Indian accent guy said his name was Peter and from Microsoft. He said he was calling about my computer, I told him I didn't have one and he hung up.

Caller was an Indian man giving the name of James from a “health” company- have had similar calls before from different numbers so obviously a call centre, want to know details of your vaccination status, etc, then ends up with a “life cover review” and asks you to accept new life cover from them. Caller did not like fact I knew this and I immediately said I am not looking to review my life cover, he told me to “grow up” and hung up!
