I had a call from an immigrant this morning saying that they were from Microsoft, and that there was a big problem with my computer which they needed to fix. At this point I told them that they were too late, as someone from their number had already called me about the problem yesterday and fixed it for me. I know many people who will no longer answer their landline unless they recognise the callers number. It is businesses like IJT, boiler-room scams and PPI Claim companies who have changed the telephone from a useful tool and friend into a nuisance ridden pain in the arse. Well done everyone!

This following is clearly obvious “Royal Mail were in Strike on the 24th Dec”. These stupid Thieving Clowns. 8 AM this morning, automated call claiming to be "bank security" - went on to tell me my card had been used twice today - obvious scam as I use a building society wanted me to press a number to connect with their "helpline" - I hung up.
Fraud - this number called my wife and said there was a problem with her National Insurance number urging her to press 1 immediately. It claimed that if she didn't she maybe arrested, which is nonsense. A deeply nasty fraudster, clearly. She hung up.
Called saying going to turn bt land line and internet off due to suspect activity on the line. And told me to press 1 to speak to a manager, seeing as we have virgin phone line ...

I was Called on the 29th Jan 2014 at 5:39pm 01772257970 called but when answered no one replied and they hanged up. When I rang them back it said their is no such number.
