Daily calls for a week. I finally answered it to find it was an energy company trying to get me to switch. After 14 mins on phone I told the bloke I wasn t interested and needed to end the call. The bloke then became very rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Very poor customer service.

This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company. Really bad scam waste broker offering bins and skips. The contract traps you into a long term of service. They overcharge, they make up charges, their staff are rude, customer service is non existent and they charge you for your bin collections even when they don't turn up. If you leave them they set debt collection agents on you!
