They are a telesales company likely working with EE. There is a lot of negative comments, but this is the way the capitalist world you live in works. Accept you will get these calls, people trying to sell your something.

Signed up to a website "Help 2 Buy Windows" claiming grants were available for new windows for energy efficiency reasons. Gave them my home telephone number (a number I rarely give out), address and EMail to allow them to check whether I was eligible.
