SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. When I refused, he assured me it was ok and asked me to type other commands. Through this site I lost control of the mouse and he downloaded files from my PC. At the end of the download the

They had my name but stopped speaking mid-sentence before they said where they were from and then hung up. I heard call centre noise after they stopped speaking.
This is my old phone number, I had it for like 8 years, I can't remember my new phone number, I can only remember this one, I've tried everything to get over this, I can't, in the morning and at night I think of this number. My new phone number means nothing to me, I don't respect it as it doesn't want to be remembered by me, it's been two years now.
