A Woman called to me to Poland just now. She said in polish. She had got my name and surname and also company name. I ended this conversation fast. I didn t contact with this number. Very strange

Very aggressive person when told i m not interest, said how do I know i m not interested, when asked to take me off their phone list told he would contact me again when I was not at work,again told to take me off their list, still got aggressive, I put phone down.

The Caller is Fast Track PPI Claims which is a Company involved in handling PPI Claims. They are genuine - I used a link on Facebook to their site to request a pack, which I got within a few days. They keep calling because I am yet to fill out the paper work (Decided to do it myself)

Automated message talking about H&M and that I would be arrested if I didn t press 1 and talk with someone. SCAM obviously.

This is a company that keep calling wanting information regarding financial loans etc undertaken. Very persistent!!!!

Similar experience to Jim. I told the caller that he was making what I regarded as a nuisance call, and put the phone down.

I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Like everything this service is out sourced so treated like debt collectors. Not SCAM, so all ok as of Sept 26th 2016
