When looked up it’s not connected to any company, personally I’m not waiting for a phone a call from Manchester as I’m from a different area in the UK. This number just called both my house number and (house) office number at the same time. No one there when I answered the office tel. Probably just the usual unwanted marketing or other scam. Blocked for the future.
Fraud. Says they are M&S bank and your card is compromised. Try to get you to click links to “cancel” payments, but what you are really doing is authorising cryptocurrency payments. Very clever. Phone looks like an old M&S helpline number.
This number called me and it turned out to be Southampton Audi arranging an MOT. It was odd that it showed up as as a Portsmouth area code though, maybe they use a call center now.

This is a timeshare type company making offers that seem too good to be true, and you know what they say about things that appear to be too good to be true!!! I can only assume that whoever was on the other end was a complete arsehole and i would not want to speak to him again anyway. time the authoroties got a grip with these cold callers and put a stop to it. telephone preference registration is a complete waste of time!!!
