100 % scam. They want your bank details. They are full of dishonest misrepresentations. Hang up immediately
Royal Mail scam, asked for money via text. Royal Mail do not have your mobile phone when receiving parcels and would leave a card and not contact you via call, text or email.
Got Missed call around 0850, didn't recognise the number so didn't answer as unknown numbers are usually scams.

Caller claimed to be from BT openreach calling about internet issues. They asked me to run a speed test and when I said I had 69 download and 18 upload they said that the difference was an issue. When I pointed out that it was always like that, and wasn't supposed to be the same they hung up. Obviously a scam.

This is a cold caller who then tells you to go [email?protected]~k yourself when you say you are not interested.
Caller hung up when I tried to verify who they were. The phone number is listed by Ofcom as not valid, so must be criminals.
Always a useful service to have. The product was explained with confidence.
