Really bad scam waste broker offering bins and skips. The contract traps you into a long term of service. They overcharge, they make up charges, their staff are rude, customer service is non existent and they charge you for your bin collections even when they don't turn up. If you leave them they set debt collection agents on you!

A VERY Asian sounding DANIEL just called from 02082132170 claiming to be from "technical services"..... put the phone down on me when I commented he was no more a DANIEL than I was a MOHAMMED!!! They said they are the tenancy support. And that they are collecting information to press the council landlords and housing association to fix the problems in the houses as there has been a backlog of jobs that hasn't been done. They Ask you questions if you are are council or housing association if he have leaks inside your house or other jobs that the landlord should take care of at the end of the conversation they say that one of the representatives will call you later on that day .
