I asked him which PC as I have several, is it personal or business related, he said personal I then asked which make / model? no response he then asked if I was at home, I responded does it matter if I am on the internet and if there was a support issue and he could prove I had raised a support case I could grant him access at this point he put the phone down. Please don t give
