Unsolicited call - needs reporting! Reportedly "Nat West Branch Survey" - apparently in response to using local branch recently!!! I m ex-directory and registered with TPS. I also DON T have an account with Nat West - so have not used any of their branches !!!! - Annoyingly this call hijacked my phone s answer-machine and the call wouldn t disconnect until I held down all phone keys for 5 seconds!!! First they rang home number. We have call screening so not a problem. As soon as called rejected they called my mobile number. Both phones are registered with TPS so shouldn t happen
