SCAM Called to say my home appliance cover will be discounted. Gave the name of Chris Jones and a contact number of 08007789104. Gave him false sort code and account number to see where this was going. He asked me to "confirm" my date of birth also gave him a false date, he missed the fact it was April Fool's day. Recorded voice said someone is trying to use/access your National Insurance Number... then options to press 1 etc. Then another with different last digit today.
SCAM Very good english voice: "My NI number is compromised and will be canceled. Press 1 for more info!" I hung up.

SCAM / SPAM purporting to be from Amazon Prime, calling my elderly mother on a Belfast landline this morning.
I ve had seven calls in ten days.... Very aggressive staff telling me I ve filled in a survey and requested they help me with their Money saving solutions. Told them I don t do surveys, I have no debts and won t be needing their services, so don t bother calling again as I won t answer but they still rang five more times!
Ask not to call again, get told "stop giving it the large"
Hung up, rang twice in 10 minutes. May have been safe, dangerous or cold call. Marked as spam, but definitely unwanted and annoying.

Fraud SCAMMERS!! Call claiming to be from Barclays premier banking investigating fraud on your account. DO NOT give them any information. It is the Barclays premier number that they’ve intercepted but it is 100% scammers. Just had this confirmed by Barclays.
