***Fraud*** Asian runt called saying they were Carphone Warehouse with offers for EE, O2, Vodafone and Three. Told the runt that I work for Carphone Warehouse and we no longer offer EE, O2 or Three (haven't offered Three since around 2010!!). Also told the runt that Carphone Warehouse no longer exists - surprise surprise the runt hung up!! Do NOT answer!!

Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. Typical car crash claim telesales person starting with the usual question: “I have been told that you were involved in a car crash. Is that right?” They are trying to make you speak about such accidents if any by asking such questions. So, hang up the phone and not waste your time.

Very abrupt chap called Charles said he was from Domestic Appliances and would not let me get a word in edgeways. He said my appliances were no longer covered as my insurance had run out. I asked him which appliance had recently lapsed insurance - he wouldn't answer just said "are all your appliances in working order. I said I already had appliance cover - he put the phone down.
Called me at 08 42 3rd February 2021. They hung up before I was able get to the telephone . Since I live in the Scottish Highlands I do not know why someone from Chelmsford is calling me. Nuisance.
