These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end. Number called our business in Peterborough UK at 09:59 this morning. Follows the pattern of numerous calls we have had recently. We answered, but did not speak. The caller was on automated response waiting a voice from our end and when none was given the line was cut from the other end. Who Called Me indicates the call came from the Russian Federation Mordovia region and was therefore similar to one last week we had from Russian Federation Penza region. Map now shows this was Russian Trade Delegation in UK.
Phone rang,no caller heard. I hug up.

There was a recorded announcement of two misuses of my credit card (one of them Tesco). No mention of who was calling. A recorded announcement asked me to "press 2 and hold" to speak to customer service. A male voice with a strong foreign accent then asked me for my personal details. When asked what bank he was from the phone went dead.
