SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. I'm an individual counsellor and this person 'Jack' texted me during my Christmas holiday. He pretended to be a client at first, and I responded in case he was a potential client in need. He then attempted to sell me his "automated systems to attract more counselling clients". I hate spammers who prey on therapists' good natures, and who disrespect our vacation boundaries. Don't fall for this.

Calling saying they are being informed I have been involved in a car accident. I laughed they hung up.

Male telling me he would take me through steps on my computer to check my speed as I am not getting fast speeds...my reply I bet you will scammer..he hung up

Told me they were from BT Cyber Security but we are not with BT. Rang Back on 004930268864 and said he had just phoned. I said not with BT but he said he knew but put down the phone. The number rang twice but no message left on answerphone.

Idiot Asian who called me "Mam" (I'm a male) saying he was from BT and that I have had problems with bad activity on my broadband service. I don't use BT and he didn't know my name. Told him to do us all a favour and terminate himself.
