Has called several times but I have a speaking phone which tells me the name if it s someone I know, and if unknown, it tells me the location or number of the caller. I did not recognise the number so each time, I ignored it.

Had a call today from this number.... Just missed the call so rang back. Answerphone said all advisors are busy etc etc, but no company name given.

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. I too just got a call from this number (From Preston Lancs.)and as soon as I answered the call after 2 rings they put the phone down!! Odd!!!

Calls 5-6 times a week. Recorded message with a to stop receiving calls from us press 8 message at the end which clearly doesn t work.

Told me it was to do with an accident I d been involved in during past two years (I haven t had any road accidents and not driven for over 8 years). Told her to F*** off so she rang back and asked what was that I d said, so told her I was sick and tired of these calls and to F*** OFF again. She rang for a third time so I just put the phone down

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them.
