The number is a marketing company using automated surveys i.e recorded messages with press button that for this and press button this for that type responses. In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. They said they were called First Solutions. They mentioned a credit card, interest paid and PPI. I then asked not to continue with the call and asked to be taken off the mailing list. I vaguely remember speaking to this company a few months ago so I will see if they call back. I am unsure how safe this company is so I have rated it neutral for now

Automated call bot that said it was from tax office and I was being investigated for fraud and an arrest warrant issued. I pressed the number on to learn more information and the guy who connected wanted personal info to confirm my identity. Thought it was a scam after that and it turns out I was right. Glad the phone cut off when it did.
