Got the same call today from an Indian woman called "Jennifer Janet" (like f*ck)stating I had viruses. She would fix them and also upgrade my internet service! (ha ha). I played along with her until she asked me to press certain buttons on my keyboard. I pretended to do so, and when she asked "what message is displayed", that is when I tore into her calling her a scamming Indian ****** and to f*ck off! she hung up! Have had 4 calls in 3 days from this number. Never answered so don t know who they are. However if you ring the number an automated reply says they are Utility Debt Service, and as this number doesn t accept incoming calls to ring back on the number given to you.

SCAM This is a company called Secure Way Solutions using unethical methods to con people to buy Norton anti virus products. They pretended there was viruses on my computer and insisted I needed to buy a lifetime licence of £500. Avoid at all costs.
