Probably Indian fraud callers, keep calling with various random numbers and do not seem to believe I am not the person they have on their database - which must be quite old.

This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Called March 10 2922. Domestic appliance insurance scam. Didn't wait for all the details. Typical asian voice saying insurance was running out. Normally they offer to renew at a discount if you give them your card details. NEVER give out personal details or bank details to anyone who phones you. If in doubt find the phone number you want from an independent source and phone them.

Claimed to be a solicitor but the comments ive read state its a debt collection agency. They spoke so quickly on the phone unable to remember the name of the company to research if they real or scam.

This is a suspected nuisance call. On picking up there was a recorded message asking for verification details. I immediately put the phone down. I have had a couple of calls from another Bridgend number in the last few weeks. 01656 723940 seems to belongs to a Mr Steven Walters of Dennis Place, Bryncethin, Bridgend. If so he needs to know it is illegal to call anyone who is TPS registered.

This number is apparently from Indiq, it sent me a random job enquiry thing about some sort of pretty high paying jobs saying I’ll get paid in pounds. No clue who this is but this is the second message similar to this that I’ve received recently. Not sure if this is a spam/scam or if it’s just a mistake but pretty suspicious since it listed the amount paid in pounds and was a very high amount and said the job listing was in London even though this number is clearly not British
