After a little research when they left a similar message to everyone elses reports saying they were DRD and to call them back. This seems to be them http://www.debtreleasedirect.co.uk They are a debt management company (rather than debt collection) and it is a sales call.

Missed call - however left a voicemail saying its urgent and if me or my solicitor don't contact back to be prepared for legal action

I ve received 17 calls in 48 hours, sometimes within minutes of each other! I ve threatened to use another provider which has triggered these calls, but even so, that s ridiculous and they never leave a message. I ve emailed them to tell them I will only converse with them via email as I m sick of being insulted by their foreign call centre workers! Pain in the ****, looks like some other lucky ISP is about to get my business!!!

Automated call saying it s from BT then goes on about another phone supplier that we were supposed to be with and asked to press certain numbers. Do not trust this number/c...

GOT THEIR NUMBER!! IF you want to call them through their parent company Plantec Holdings Ltd. on 0870 285505. It s taken lots of digging and loads of numbers that no longer exist (surprise, surprise), but you can check this by Googling Plantec Holdings Ltd and First Legal Support and it will be the top hit! Not that I would encourage everybody to call them up and complain, but how many of us have had calls? I ve also threatened to report them to OFCOM. Do not accept be bullied by nuisance calls!

My service provider claims I have sent SMSs to this number. I have not. My phone does not even recognise the number.

"Jack" called from the "Credit Investigation Department"... I asked which company this "Department" worked for, which at first he wouldn t answer. Eventually he said it was a UK Government Agency... When I pressed him further and explained that I signed up to the TPS and he should not be calling me, he told me to "Shut up and listen!". When I laughed at him and told my colleagues around me what he d just said, he hung up (unsurprisingly!)

This number phoned me suggesting that I could claim ?3750 compensation for a totally bogus, non-existent accident that I never had. It s a scam, and these people are social pariahs. Scum of the earth. Should be thrown out of the country! When I tried to dial the number, it was unrecognised. So, totally bogus. Beware!!!!

Hassling you about a motoring accident and getting you to claim. My last accident was over 5 years ago and I dealt with a compensation claim off my own back. The details of the accident seem to stay on a d/b for years and these Co s just hassle people constantly! This particular Co call and hang-up.
