who are you from where and why you are calling
Recorded message from a woman with an American accent pretending to be calling from HMRC, telling us or our solicitors to call her back or face legal action if we ignore the call. The call was made from the phone number she was telling you to call back on.
Ended call shortly after I answered. Suspect a sales call.
2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.

SCAM female voice thanking me for renewing my Amazon Prime with a payment of £79.99 and then to cancel press 1, or about anything else press 2. As I DO NOT HAVE an Amazon Prime account this was obviously a phishing scam.

SCAM automated call! This number called - I didn't answer as I didn't recognise it. My voicemail picked up part of an automated recorded message, seemed to be telling me to press 1 or my National Insurance number would be 'switched off' and I would no longer be able to use it. Possibly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard but sadly some people will panic and do as they're told!
Pre-recorded message claiming to be from BT and threatening to cut off landline and internet service, obvious SCAM.
