Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. I missed one payment in 25 years becasue I was abroad and forgot to pay before my holiday. My next statement says to pay by a date next week which I will do and it includes the missed payment.
