Similar experience to "Patrick" above. Caller knew my name and asked (or rather "told me") if anyone at this address had been involved with the building trade in the "last since forever" (yes, those very words!) - no one has.
This number and 0208 1443456 - claiming to be BT scared my friends' mother to death...stating that they would shut her pc down if she didn't go through some stages, the woman was quite rude to her...disgusting!!
