He was very rude, he wanted to talk to my husband who was not at home and then he said it is about some money investment and it is urgent. So far they have called me 17 times this year. It is automatically blocked on my phone so does not ring but shows it is scam.

I believe this number is being used by scam callers. I received a text inviting me to call back, purporting to be from HSBC about a potential fraudulent payment. I would suggest that any recipient ignores any calls or texts from this number. Since it is a premium number any return calls will be outside normal free call packages. HSBC always use free call numbers if they request someone to call back.

The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused.
