American recorded voice told me that I had had a law suit filed against me. Asked me to press 1 to contact my case officer. Obviously I did not do so. Obvious scam.

They called advising I had not had my free pension yet. I asked where they got my name and telephone number from, she said a data base. The phone is not registered in my name and I only give a phone number to my insurance companies etc.

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. These people keep calling me but when i speak they do not seem to hear me. I ve now got caller ID and will not answer them again. They are ringing at least twice every day but i think the delay means that they are not in this country. Really really annoying. I am planning to call Pet Plans head office on Monday and complain.
