2 transactions made on my bank account. Asked to press one,to confirm transactions. it was a recorded call.
Text came in claiming to be from Tide. Spam or scam asking you to ring on 03450348671. Saying you've authorized a payment to Curry's for £1899.
T.i missed the call. But I rang it back but all I got was sorry we missed you then they started talking about my washing machine and if I wanted to know more to call them back.

27223 They called asking about our life insurance I asked who the company was three times and they avoided to answer saying they were from a validation department All the time in the background it sounded you could hear heavy traffic and people as if they were outside a cafe on some third country high street When pushed for the company name they hung up
This is just ridiculous. I guess UK just likes to have scam callers calling all around the world. UK providers should do something about this!!!!

Couldn't clearly hear what was said but usual message engineered to put people under pressure while offering a "Press number 1" type option to be put through to scammers most likely. As per the first comment, I received 2 texts 5 mins. apart claiming that EVRI hadn't been able to deliver a parcel........that I'd never ordered.......probably asking for banking details in the provided link.
