Phone was off but had a missed call from this number and HUGE reported on line concerns from people about it. It worryingly coincides with DAILY Phishing e mails for past 3/4 months reported to report@phishing/ICO and Microsoft. Scam call claiming to be from visa.
My daughter received a txt from this number saying she needed to click on the link to avoid her EE account being blocked. She is with EE but luckily didn't click on it. Looks like the Russians have got her number looking at where the country of origin is for the number - a bit worrying.

Claims to be from Hermes, said they attempted delivery at 5AM. Word for word, he message is the same as the one printed in the paper about a phishing scam.
Received a robocall from a woman speaking a foreign language from this number. Immediately hung up as I've had many calls from different numbers just like this. Most likely part of some scam.
