As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. Received a phone call saying that he worked for windows and that a large number of logged reports of potential threats to my computer had been received by them and they were phoning to try and sort it out. Like the person before he gained access to my computer and said that windows defender was out of date and needed to be updated at a cost of £150. Total scam - do not even speak to these people.
