Had a voicemail from this no. (very scripted). Northern Gas & Power trying to sell energy. I don't think it's a scam (and if legit their reviews on trustpilot seem reasonable). That said it was an unsolicited sales call, and I don't look after the gas and electricity anyway!

Said they were from BT and were going to cancel Broadband, installed anywhere desktop access software and installed Trojan Gen 5 to gain access to a bank account. Thankfully the bank saw it as a large amount and blocked the transaction

Scammers pretending to be from Three contacting ex customers of Three for final payments. Threes payment number is 0800 033 8033 so it is close. Three send final bills by email so no need to contact anyone from an 0800 number.

This is another number used by "Alex from the Solar Centre" It is a SCAM, bot ! A cleverly set up bot that can make some sensible replies to my enquiries. e.g. Q Are you working from home? A < a standard response> Please can you repeat that. But then went back to the same old preamble about 4 free home installations in the Dorset area, which it had said 3 times this week already .Each time I block the number, it pops up from an other one!

The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. Just received a call from this number. Caller (who had a very strong Asian accent) claimed to be from PC World. She began with the usual "How are you today?". When I replied "Not very good", she ended the call. Sounds dodgy.

Call center Loans To Go apparently, when I picked up, I pretended not to hear him, after a few hello's he said "I know you can hear me, you sound like a Jeff" and hung up.
Repeated calls from this number. I finally answered. They knew my name (first name) and claimed to be from a company I couldn't understand the name of despite repeated requests for them to repeat it. They said they were calling to review my life policies. On the basis my life policies are with a company whose name sounds nothing like what they said, I told them I have no policies with them. The caller paused, said thank you and hung up.
