SCAM / SPAM Amazon prime account scam. I don’t know how many phone numbers they try this on, but this is the latest. An automated call saying problems with Amazon prime account. I don’t have a prime account.
Scam call. Recorded female voice claiming to be HMRC and insisting should call her back on the number. Threatening at end.
2031545712 IT MUST BE THE SCAMMERS MARKING THIS NUMBER AS SAFE. They have been calling me for several years. One voice I recognise used to call himself Matthew, now it is Chris. Now a woman also calls. They cannot tell you how you got on an Energy Performance Register or possibly know what insulation you have in your loft. This number has been calling my landline approx. 7-8 times a day for the past 5 days. I always check 0844 numbers before I answer, so I have been ignoring this once I saw the negative comments left on this site. How can I stop them calling altogether?
Caller asked if I could hear him and when I said: I can yes, he hung up. When I tried phoning the number it was blocked.

I have received calls from these people every day but nobody is on the line. So I emailed them and told them to remove my ex directory number immediately as they are contravening the new Data Protection Law and one more call and I will complain and they could incur as hefty fine, if I wanted their insurance I would call them, so Google Data Protection and go on their site, There is a link where you can complain. This is harassment so let s put a stop to it.

Got the same call today from an Indian woman called "Jennifer Janet" (like f*ck)stating I had viruses. She would fix them and also upgrade my internet service! (ha ha). I played along with her until she asked me to press certain buttons on my keyboard. I pretended to do so, and when she asked "what message is displayed", that is when I tore into her calling her a scamming Indian ****** and to f*ck off! she hung up!
