Fraud. Fake call from HMRC regarding your criminal activity
Called me claiming to be from Sky, informing me that malicious individuals are trying to hack my router. I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. I gave them an earful about preying on vulnerable people, but it will have had zero effect; I just hope I cost them more money in call charges than they were expecting.

Recorded message Claiming to be from National Fraud Agency and that they were going to cancel my National Insurance number and asked me to press 1 on my telephone to speak to someone in person.
Sounded like a call center. Gentleman with an Indian accent. Calling from 'My Preferences' when I queried this he hung up. No idea what kind of call this was! But suspect a scam of some sort.
