Contacted from this number by automated contact stating it was ‘bank security’ advising I had money taken from my account and asking me to press a number to speak to someone. Did not feel it was genuine at all.

Received calls regarding a supposed car accident from this number several time over the last two months. I ve been reasonable and told them I understand it s their job, nothing personal, but it s irritating as hell when you work afternoons/evenings and you re getting calls at 7.45am, and you don t even own a car. This number appeared on my pc to say I had a virus / computer being taken over - could not do anything with the mouse - so switched off pc with on / off button - restarted - all appears OK. (deleted history) It says it is from Microsoft The number is 02045 099603
