I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!

I have BT guardian which asks callers to announce who they are before I answer. Most sales calls hang up at that point, this one didn't. Lovely lady explained that I could have a half hour appointment to check energy efficiency of my home and advise of any improvements. I made the appointment. Very polite young man called Adam arrived, checked the loft and roof, looked around, discussed my energy payment per month. The information given was useful, nothing to sign, no sales pitch. I would have no worries.

Company pretending to be TalkTalk tech support who were wanting me to run something on my computer to fix the slow connection. They had my account number. Do Not Trust! Report to TalkTalk immediately and Block.

This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Apparently it s vanquis collections, I wouldn t mind if I had missed a payment of excess amounts but I missed £3.64! Not enough to warrant constant calls from this and other numbers that they use.
