The first call was picked up and they claimed to be an ECO Green company dealing in insulation. When questioned they said their manager would call back. Of course they didn't. Gruff sounding guy claiming to be from Vodafone. Knew my name. I’d been chosen to receive better broadband. Didn’t sound like Vodafone customer service at all. Asked if I was the owner of property, could tell he was going to ask for my full details. Which I didn’t give. He got annoyed with me when I didn’t disclose any info. Sounded like a scam or fishing for my details.

I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. I was very sick and I had my phone in do not disturb. I checked it later on in the evening and I had 11 missed calls from them!!!! No message left. I called back and i was diverted to answer phone. I wouldn t answer this call. It s very unprofessional to call that many times! If you call once leave a damn message and let the person get back to you!
