Fraud - Automated call supposedly a local number stating "Bank Security" without naming a bank about payments made on credit card. Have has 3 calls exactly the same in the last hour all from different local numbers.

Girl with indistinct squeaky voice ... eventually ... poor line but could make out "... accident that was not your fault ..." This came 5 minutes after another "unknown" number that I had just checked on this site and now know know who it was, because I need my tumble dryer fixing before it bursts into flames.
A man just said 'sorry wrong number' and hung up.

This number called today and I didn t have time to Google it before answering. Said they were from American Express, only asked for half my postcode and they knew the type of card I held and how long I have had it. He was trying to sell an identity/credit rating protection (Platinum protect plus I believe). He was polite, when I said I wasn t interested he was pleasant. Got a cold call from this number. The caller had a Welsh accent and said he was calling from the company Insure For Less. He wanted to discuss home insurance with me, but I said I wasn t interested and asked to be taken off their call list. What do you know, they called again the next day as though I would change my mind. Very annoying!

they called three times in as many minutes nobody there
Caller stated that I or my husband had completed their medical information sheet within the last 12/18 months, which we had no knowledge of. He then went onto what aches and pains we suffer with, as this was part of their survey. Again we asked how they had our ex-directory telephone number, which he refused to answer. He was very persistent and we are concerned of a confidentiality breach of our personal medical information. We subsequently visited reviews of their website and comments about this companies
