Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian). She claimed that there has been suspicious activity from unknown IP addresses using my account and that it was being used for criminal activity and that she needed to help me protect my firewalls etc. I immediately became suspicious as I'd heard of such calls being made and told her that I'd call Virgin directly to resolve any issues. I received a phone call frim this number. stating the obreviation PDCD not the full name of the company. They asked me to call back. They did not mention any reason, why will I call them back!

64057 is the number to text to STOP reciving messages from We Buy Any Car.com On my network, O2 this is rated as a premium rate number/service so I was charged 13p to opt out. I dont know if other mobile providers recognise this number as a premium rate number or not. WBAC stated that they operate this as a free service and the cost charged is from O2 in my instance. I know its not a biggie - but strange to be charged.

Received a call from this number.. recorded message of woman’s voice saying it was from Bank security.. That my bank had a request from Amazon for £200+ and bank transfer for £700+ and to cancel press a digit. This number came up as 2 sets of numbers, one was a long number, and another this one I am reporting below it(that is what alerted me) when ringing. Resin driveway scam. Reverse call back revealed name of company as Telepro Marketing (dial 141 before calling back number to suppress your telephone number, so they cant see you called them).
