Got a call today from some guy asking for me by name (which I didn t acknowledge - I never do.) I immediately asked who was calling to throw him off his spiel, unfortunately he mumbled his "company" which sounded like s&l legal? and immediately launched into his sales patter regarding the mis-selling of PPI. I let him ramble on for a few then interrupted him by saying I worked in the banking industry and could run rings round him with regards this. I have received five missed calls from this number so far, in the last two days. The sixth was at 06:04pm, on the 17/01/2013. It was a woman, I never caught the companies name, but she was calling from Manchester. She knew all my details and was calling on the subject of repaying loans and debts.

I ve received 17 calls in 48 hours, sometimes within minutes of each other! I ve threatened to use another provider which has triggered these calls, but even so, that s ridiculous and they never leave a message. I ve emailed them to tell them I will only converse with them via email as I m sick of being insulted by their foreign call centre workers! Pain in the ****, looks like some other lucky ISP is about to get my business!!!

01484683257 claim to be bank security but said they were not a bank but security!!! After being strung along but my OH, called got angry and started swearing, then call was cut by OH. Now blocked!!!!!!!
These people handle "deceased accounts" on behalf of Eon in UK. (I suspect they buy the debt). They also seem very interested in probate matters - perhaps they gain extra business this way. However - was pleasant call (got my number from Eon - I am Mum s executor), and they were not chasing payment just establishing status.

Male with Asian accent says he s from UK Helpline , calling my mobile about the "unsecured debt that you have and that you are managing alone, is that correct?" My number is TPS registered. These people have rung from various 016 numbers over the past months, I don t have unsecured debt and have told them to stop ringing, but they don t. Don t seem to have any of my personal information, pure cold nuisance calls.
