They told me that I had won and you would need my data for profit delivery. I hung up immediately and the next call I said that I know that these are lies and do not want any more calls. Unfortunately, you did not listen to me. I never do participate in sweepstakes!

Called seven times in two minutes, I still didn t answer. Most likely Direct Legal as the number is similar to one of theirs that I blocked yesterday.

GDPR has no relevance to these calls which use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER TRY TO RETURN A CALL to an unknown number and NEVER PRESS ...

The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. I am now receiving phone calls telling me I am entitled to a free upgrade and cheaper phone rate. I have told them several times now over five days that this is already sorted and I am now still receiving phone calls. My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. T

This company has called me so many times and ignores my request to stop. Can they be prosecuted or fined for this?
