Many calls during the day. Some unanswered. When I did get to speak to someone, they asked for Mr John living at a completely different address. I told them it wasn t me and they hung up immediately. Warranty Direct- endless phone calls at all hours including well into the evening. Ringing them back leads to endless auto prompts- none of which offer Don t phone any more - its all about sales. So never use the on line quotation form- prices grossly excessive and they won t give up harassing you once they have your number. They always cut off as soon as they hear an answer phone.
