Answered and said hello? Then Hello again and she said “Hello this is Holly Baldwin from Silvershine services”, I didn’t recognise the name or company so cut the call off straight away due to the automated voice recording. The number I received a call from was 0116 273 0671

The number belongs to the tower hamlets Council and its housing department called tower hamlets homes

Saw the call was from Scotland, Scottish Power, I am leaving them and I keep receiving telephone calls, emails and texts from them, any more and I shall make a formal complaint as this is nothing but pestering with unwanted contact.

Indian accent + ignored my question of who was calling = put him on hold until he gave up. (Tip: I always try to waste more of their time than they waste of mine.)
