Scam text supposedly from the NHS wanting payment for a covid passport, which as we all know is free

Vague sounds of heavy breathing as I indicated they could stick their boiler recycling scheme (or whatever) up their ar5e. Said nothing so I hung up. Called back six times in rapid succession but still silent, to some people this is a job?

They keep calling me but don t answer as I don t know he number by they ring me at least 5 times a day, harassment!

When are the authorities going to put a stop to this sort of thing? This is an illegal practice but seems to carry on unabated and with no intent from the government...

Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.
