This is one of many numbers on a scam/spam rampage. Ive tracked the number to a street in liverpool, but i m not sure if they are using a proxy or not. I have a name of the operator and told them to take my number off ALL the numbers databases....Short to say I have been phoned a few days later, from the same office or complex. This number calls me at least once a day and although I never answer, it has become a total pain in the a*se. Therefore my recommendation is to ignore it.

did not answer the call but as i know someone whose number starts with 0203 i called back twice. it rang but each time went dead.
